Are you still invested in the mass effect series?

Mass effect 1 I liked
Mass effect 2 I liked
Mass effect 3 I was disappointed with. Multiplayer was ok, but campaign was...less than stellar

Me4, even if it is good, will probably not make me interested since me3 put me off

Mass Effect 4 has to go back to a mixture of 1 and 2 to regain my faith in the series.

I'll buy anything with BioWare's logo, but anything with Mass Effect in it as well. I guess I'm a sucker like that.

If i still had any of the games, I'd become hopefully invested to the point where it would be only game untill 100%, three was my favourite, I'm in that rare minority that absolutely loved the ending and thought it was a perfect ending, maybe a little blunt. (which that dlc helped fixed).

Plan to 1000/1000 Mass effect 1, and get all the achievements on 2. Won't touch 3 again till the DLC is on sale, and might try muitiplayer. But like someone else said hope the next one is closer to ME1.

But um guess I'm not "invested" at the moment, since I'm clearing my backlog.

I started ME1 but never stuck with it. I was early into the game and got stuck on some menial side quest. It annoyed me and then I got sidetracked by other games. I see there is a trilogy bundle for a decent price... I may have to scoop that up.

You'd likely enjoy it a lot. With 2 the series went more action/shooter, though there are still plenty of sidequests to partake in. It's more cinematic and such.

It's probably my all-time favorite series...and I've been gaming since Pong.

I will be again someday but I'm on ME hiatus. I still didn't do an Engineer trilogy playthrough but it's hard to start a new character for me nowadays because I've played through ME1 so many times.
