What is the most you have ever paid for a game across all systems?

Back in the N64 era I dropped $89.99 plus tax for Shadows of the Empire. I was so stoked for this game and this was before pre orders were common place and I had no idea how popular this game was going to be.

In fact after calling a few game stores on release day, the only one store that had any copies was Babbage's (who I believe was absorbed into Gamestop). Looking back I seriously doubt that was the launch price for that game, cartridge or not, but I paid it anyway. As much as I enjoyed the game, I never felt like the game justified the cost and in retrospect feel like quite the sucker dropping that kind of money on a game.

Mentally, I went through my games and half expected the winner to be some sort of weird rarity, like maybe I paid too much for a complete version of Teen Titans on Xbox (which I have, and paid roughly $36, which isn't too bad).

So it's $60 for GTA IV.

Kinda a let down:/

Not the game, the fact that I can't brag about throwing buckets of cash at an obscure SNES game.

Technically, I paid like $230 or so for Animal Crossing: New Leaf because I bought a 3DS to play it.

But I have also enjoyed Dark Moon, MK7, OoT, Dream Team, etc.

Also, if I had the money, I would totally pay the $100 price range for a copy of Conker now

Is that what the game goes for these days? I still own my copy. It's worth keeping too since the Xbox version was actually censored compared to the N64 version, ironically enough.

Technically $70 for Skyward Sword (I needed the Wii Motion+ and wanted the controller over it) but the GameStop employee game me a $20 discount for seemingly no reason.

In reality, $60 for 360/PS3 games.

That's not what technically means.

On topic, I've spent $80 to $100 on multiple games back in the NES/SNES days. Street Fighter II championship edition for $100 comes to mind.
