Are there any other immersive first person ganes with rpg elements?

Other then fallout out or skyrim?

I really want to play something immersive, I was thinking of getting new vegas again if I cant find anything else, I really was enjoying it until I got stuck doing old world blues I really didnt like that dlc.

Anyways im not usually into post apocolyptic so im trying to avoid that, oblivions level up system is crap and spell graphics all look the same, skyrim I played archery for a while and maxed it, and I won't touch destruction for obvious reasons. The funny part is as an rpg new vegas is the most memorable out of all bethesda games for me.

Thanks all.

You should look into BioShock if you haven't played it already.

If you branch out into 3rd person perspectives, you might have better luck:

Mass Effect Trilogy
Dragon Age:Origins/Awakening and Dragon Age II
Alpha Protocol
Divinity II: The Dragon Age Saga
Fable II and III
The Witcher II

Borderlands 1 and 2. They are not post apocalyptic, however the planet is just one ****ed up place.

Hmm haven't really llayed alpha I tried it but it just felt to military like to me. I never really gave the witcher a shot, but im not into the whole dark story thing and every choice has a super consequence. I want to be able to actually help people if I wanted to but rhe combat system seems addicting.

Owned the others listed. Never finished d divinity 2 combat gets old fast.

You could try Minecraft. It has some RPG elements in it. Although, if the concept of building and crafting everything bores you, you might want to pass.

Far Cry 3.

Also: destruction is completely viable without potions with a couple things from the Dragonborn DLC. The 'no friendly fire' power from one of the black books makes the master level spells more viable, and the ignite spell you get from an item has 600+ dps with the right perks. Just in case you want to go back and try it.
