Can't sign in to play bio shock inf./ try again later prompt .

Ok so I'm stoked to play this and it signs me out only to sign back in with my email and password ---then it signs me in ( I see my gamer tag saying I signed in logo ) then...sorry there was a problem. Please try again later code 800--something .wtf? Anyone know what's wrong here?

You mean whenever you try to sign into Xbox Live it asks you for your e-mail and password, then it gives you an error and kicks you offline?

If that's what you mean, you need to re-download your XBL account. Delete it (not the save data and stuff) and re-download it. I had this problem for months until I figured out I was supposed to do this.

Why do people never even bother to look the error code up first?

Ya'll do know of support.xbox.com and the fact you can look up 99.5% of all error codes an Xbox 360 will give you through said site, right?

Go to your profile in your storage and delete it

Make sure you select Profile Only.

Then just redownload it

I had a friend over with the EXACT same error. Guess what, she deleted her profile and it wouldn't let her redownload it! (she would get the same error every time) It wasn't until she got home and tried downloading to her original 360 that she got her profile back.

So, question: have you recently moved your profile from one hardrive to another or moved your harddrive from one 360 to another? Because if you did, I highly doubt you'll be able to redownload your profile to the same 360 that is giving you errors in the first place.

Yes, it's the same problem when your friend deleted her profile and couldn't redownload it when TC hasn't even deleted his profile
