Need a great, addicting game to play.

Ever since I started college two years ago, I kinda lost interest in videogames. I have several 360 games that are untouched.

Here is my backlog:
South Park: The Stick of Truth
GTA 5
Fallout 3 (All DLC)
Oblivion
Arkham Asylum
Skyrim
The Orange Box
Resident Evil 4
Dead Rising 2
Case West and something else I can't remember
Assasins Creed 2
Black Ops 2 (Never finished campaign)
Battlefield 3
Borderlands (Almost complete)
Borderlands 2
Dark Souls
Sleeping Dogs
The Witcher 2

Where should I even start?
Also, what are some games I absolutely have to check out?

Orange Box - Portal

That would be a great introduction to ease back into gaming. Then play through Half Life 2 and, if you have gold, move onto Team Fortress 2 and enjoy the best MP available on Live.

Of those, GTA 5 and The Orange Box. Both are very addicting.

Most of those were pretty addicting for me, but Stick of Truth really got me hooked. It's not a very long game, but it's really engaging and easy to fall into multiple playthroughs. Really, you couldn't go wrong with anything you listed.

GTA 5 has the best characters and story ever.

Try Sacred 2: Fallen Angel. Choose a character and look up a suitable build for your preferred play style to follow. Chances are you won't be able to put the game down, it's a hack and slash magical loot fest.
