Help needed transfering save data ...

#1NazomiPosted 5/12/2014 9:48:31 PM
Hi all,

I am moving from Australia back to the UK but selling my Australian Xbox as I have one back home.

Can someone please explain how I can get all my save data home?

I tried years before when I lived in Orlando by buying a Hard Drive and it went on easy enough but when I tried to put it back on it was corrupted. At the time it what I had didnít really matter but this time I have 200 hours of Dark Souls 2 data I do not want to lose Ö

Cloud doesnít seem to an option on this xbox, do I need to download that?

Any advice?

Thanks

You have three options:
- If you have xbox live gold you can put all your saves on the cloud
- Put your saves on a USB flash drive or external HDD
- Bring your xbox or hard drive with you

My console doesn't seem to have cloud?

I have LIVE - is it easy enough to download?

When I say 'doesn't seem' I mean when I get a choice for choosing save device there's only my Hard Drive.

Could it still be on the console so I can just copy save data to there?

How do I do that?

I bought this xbox pre-owned but I'm sure when this was first implemented when I was back home it added it automatically with a system update?

Google is your best friend, just search "how to activate Xbox cloud".

Thanks, will do

I tried looking on google, xbox cloud - but it just sent me to the main website explaining how to transfer data, which was useful just not when I don't have it in the first place.
