does any one else have a grey diamond beside their avatar on the xmb home page. i called scea and they said it could be a symbol of ps plus. after my plus expired the yellow plus sign went. but the grey diamond is still there. so he was wrong. any clue what this is?

I believe it just signifies who is logged in on your system. It has always been there for me.
