Like to make everything run smoother you hold the power button longer or something? (To make trophies load faster, it deletes video file names and organization) How do you do it again?

I freed up 20 gigs on my PS3 and did this, and Dragon Age runs perfectly smoothly now. No more framerate issues. I love it.
