it dont bother me but it somehow wakes up my girlfriend.. so anyone know how?

Place earplugs on her as she sleeps.
Otherwise check the various settings options in the Ps3's menus.

How does a little half-second beep wake her up? Your room must be dead silent if she's able to wake up to that.
