Garfield64Posted 8/23/2011 12:29:22 PM | Like how Japan has had Chrono Cross for a while now but not NA. Or how it took them for every to release BOF4 and PE2. But they still haven't put out Legend of Dragoon?
I mean why can't they just release 2-3 games every month. The PS3 can already emulate them, it's not like they are "adding" functionality. If Sony has the licensing rights to it why do they take so long to let people buy it?

It likely doesn't work, but I suspect that's the theory.
