300+ hours for all weapons in Sengoku Basara, but that was a hell of a lot more fun than drifting dungeons in Trinity Universe.

10,000 kills in Resistance 2, Weapon upgrades in Nier, All equipment in FFXIII.

I wasn't grinding just for a trophy but the binding 450 items and collecting 500 weapons wasn't until near the end of White Knight Chronicles. In fact I think the binding 450 items is what gave me my platinum and was the last trophy on the game.
