So far, that 53, 000 odd kills you have to do in Dead Rising 2. That's the most so far. I still have yet to get to Final Fantasy 13's grinding so most likely that will be the new candidate soon.

Surprised that many other people did Cross Edge, but that's what I came in to say. Nier didn't take anywhere near as long, but it kind of seems like it did. Most likely because it's fresher in my mind.
