Skyrim is a western game so that piece of junk will get hyped to no end.

no. demon's souls sucked and dark souls just looks like a clone of that game.
i'm not a huge elder scrolls fan either but it doesnt take much common sense to know that skyrim will win a majority of RPG of the Year awards. probably even a ton of GotY awards

I doubt it, although I certainly think this is more likely than it winning more GOTY awards.

Quality isn't the only factor though. In fact, I'd say other factors probably matter more, or at least just as much tbqh.
