You should not have any kind of prob from the console. If you're trying it from the website, use Qriocity.com

That doesn't work as I'm not from the US.

I'm just trying to create a US account so I can download the BF3 beta. Is Sony blocking overseas registrations?

It doesn't matter if you are in the US, registering on the console works. They have had the website registration down for a long time now.

Use your system, that's how I got a European account.
