I have the latest system firmware. When I'm online and go to Netflix, it says I first need to download the latest version before I can do anything. So I do, and before it's done downloading, the PS3 restarts automatically and then resumes as if nothing had happened. If I try to go back to Netflix again, it will do the same thing to me again. So I can't do anything in Netflix at all. Anyone know this problem?
Is you're connection wired or wless? It should download first, install, then reset to complete the updates. --- PSN: Kira321: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pq4TdFa-ZI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwHZS84_IrY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VcdhUqxzqR0&feature=related
Wireless. Everything else works. I can download anything else perfectly fine. Am I supposed to download it on a computer and put it on the PS3 using a USB drive? It just shuts off and restarts in the middle of downloading.
maybe try deleting the netflix system data and then just try redownloading the netflix app? --- Intel Pentium II 266MHz - 32MB RAM (SIMMs) - 4GB HDD - ATI Rage Pro 3D card w/ 2MB vRAM. - CD-ROM drive - 56k modem - Windows ME
slk_23 posted... Where do you go to download the Netflix app?
Press triangle at Netflix on XMB, and you'll see the option to delete. But the Netflix icon will remain even after deletion. When you select Netflix, it'll start downloading and installing from scratch. --- Phosphorus? Pfffft, who needs 'em??
