Im focused on motion sensor controllers and their games.
They are extremely cool.
But which should I invest in at the end of this year?

Wii U will be more centralized towards motion controlled gaming. Also, it will be a brand new console with years of gaming left ahead of it.
The PS3 has some move-exclusives, but most of the time it's just an add-on or bonus for games that aren't really centered towards motion controls. Also, the PS3 has been out longer, so production of move games would most likely end before the end of Wii U.

But on the other hand, the PS3 move is most likely cheaper.

Correct me if I am wrong but there are no new motion controllers coming out for the Wii U, its just the tablet and you use the regular Wii controllers. If you are satisfied with the regular Wii controllers then you will be playing more of the same if you want motion games. I don't know how much motion you can do with that tablet.

I'd save up for the Wii U. Although there are some good Move games, but there are not many games that support it.
