Hell NO !

I know people who are gay and I am fine with their sexual preference...but that does NOT mean that I would actively seek out to emulate that behavior by playing a gay character in a video-game.
Just not going to do that.

Uh, yeah sure, if the game interested me. Depends on how big of a focus the MCs gayness is. My only thought is i wouldnt buy a Persona or Catherine type game if you played as a gay MC haha. Most other games, doesnt matter :)

"That behavior"??? OK just because the main character would be gay doesn't mean homosexuality would be the POINT of the game. It's just a part of who the character is... Just like a game with a heterosexual character doesn't throw that in your face... It would be about the storyline, the world, the plot, etc.

Depends on the game, if they are using it as a gimmick and it turns out to be offensive for actual homosexual people then yeah I won't be getting it. However if it is a very deep engrossing game that just happens to have a homosexual character then really who cares, the game is good and that's all I care about.

I could be playing as a purple, 7,000 pound alien who smashes things with his gut so long as its a solid game that is actually fun to play I will play it.

Reminds me of when I first got Booger Man on the SNES, Dad says "What the hell, this is sick, how can this be fun?" turns out it was a ton of fun and the fart humor entertained my child mind back then and that's all I cared about. lol
