Cannot Start: The Appropriate system storage was not found!

I tried to enter system recovery/ safe mode and it won't do it. I am wondering if it is just my HDD or the system. I have taken out the HDD and put it back in to make sure it was in correctly.

Please help!

Did you change the HDD before this happened? Or have you been messing around with it? When you reseated it did you also try to clean inside it and get all the dust out if there was any? If reseating it doesn't work, then try and find another HDD to put inside and see if it will work. If the problem persists then maybe something happened to the connectors.

Keep trying, make sure the HDD is in all the way.

I believe it is. It won't make a sound or any indication that it is in all the way though.
