They don't have a habit of announcing release dates and don't honour them.

Lightning Returns : Final Fantasy XIII? No release date yet, 30% complete.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII? Went in full production in 2011 (last year).
Final Fantasy X HD? Was announced in 2011 (last year).
Thief 4? Hasn't even been officially announced.
The Last Remnant? Cancelled.

Every other of the 29 PS3 games under their name have been released (25), and 4 have release dates.

Not spin-offs. Kingdom Hearts: Racing! would be a spin-off. They're all main games.
