I'm more likely to play some of the older RPGs I never got to play back in the day or just couldn't afford compared to these 60-80 RPGs, unless the game grabs my attention pretty early in the game.
I like my RPGs to be anywhere from 20-40 hours, a lot of the other ones that are a lot longer than that just have a ton of filler crap that has nothing to do with progressing the story, it's just there to artificially extend the length of the game.

I have a 10 hour job, a dog that require me to take him out twice a day, and a girlfriend. I still manage to find time to complete (100%) the RPGs that I want to play even though it just takes a while longer.

ReturnOfStarmanPosted 9/20/2012 10:14:38 AM | Hell, I have a wife, 3 kids and a full time job(40+) with pets and i STILL play RPG's...but not so many online mmo's because people hate on me and think i'm a n00b but in reality, i'm just unable to pause the game so i have to stand there like a bump on a log while Rathalos eats my face...because as important as video games are to me, my family is more important...its all aboot time management (it doesn't hurt to be a snob and have stringent requirements for what is enjoyable in a game).
