AAA refers to triple A game that has these qualities

A fully 3D console Pokemon game just like the handheld versions. Free roam the Kanto region, wild pokemon randomly appear, trainers are on the horizon looking to battle. Can you imagine? Ride your bicycle through the big cities. Stop off at the Pokemon center & flirt with Nurse Joy. Ride your winged Pokemon for transportation. Isn't this everyones dream game?
