I admit I wouldn't have bought MW3 for the single player alone. The campaign is a pretty standard linear shooter. Whereas the multiplayer usually provides at least 2 or 3 full days of online action gaming if not more.
Not buying BO2 at all though. I've got nothing against COD like some people, but a new game every year is overkill. A game every 2 or 3 years is enough for me. Or at least mix it up with another online FPS.

Battlefield games, besides the Bad Company series, never really had much of any MP. I mean, BF 1942 onward's SP campaign was just offline vs bots, so when BF3 came out and had weak single player, I couldnt have cared less
