Games that help depression?

#1butniePosted 11/11/2012 7:25:02 PM
What kind of games do you think help people when they feel down or are all alone and feeling depressed?

I'm feeling a bit under the weather so I just wanted to hear some suggestions.

I was thinking WWE 13, but I'm open to anything.

Swann:This is the last time.I'm tired of running damage control every time he makes a mess

Games are good for short-term relief, but in the long-run they do absolutely nothing to help depression. I suggest talking to somebody about it.

Dark Souls.

No srsly, it'll replace your depression with immense frustration and anger to the point you'll take the challenge, conquer it and when you get that sense of achievement, you'd have forgotten why you were even depressed.

Journey is a must buy for you. It's got multiplayer. That's all I'll say about the game. Saying anything else about it will ruin it.

Pretty much this. I'd also suggest getting Killzone trilogy and going for the platinum on Killzone 2.
