Walking Dead deserves to be a nominee IMHO anyways. That is the only game to come out this year that held my attention, made me anticipate and get excited for the next episode, it was the only game that actually got an emotional reaction from me. Everything about it held onto me, each consequence based on my actions pulled at me and made me actually think about what I was going to do and say to the characters. I cannot wait for the last episode as I have every character possible with me ready for its release.
As far a GOTY goes my personal one is Borderlands 2 and its a shame it didn't get nominated. I didn't like Journey at all and TBH I am pretty shocked its actually a nominee, I know people love it and its art direction but it never sat well with me, come to think of it none of the games from that developer interested me at all.
