this is just a rumor but I think that price tag is just too high and we know what happened last time they priced a console that high.

well i paid 600 for the 60 gig ps3 and never regretted it. Time to start saving those pennies!

I got the 80 GBs and never regret it ether but SONY cannot come out with the more expensive console again they need to make it really competitive this time around

I read an article talking about PS4 rumors last night too. I really hope they aren't true. A ton of them are anti-consumer.

If the PS4 launches @ $500 to $600 again, then Sony might as well just give up on making consoles, as they will start out in last place again.

its almost annoying.. i want to pay 6 to 700 dollars for a new console, so that it can last a few years longer and be a huge improvement, but i know next gen sony cant afford that

Uhh..What, just because the public doesn't know there can't be rumors? Yes, they're meant to be taken with a grain of salt but they're interesting to read.

We knew about the PS3 Slim months before it was revealed.
