They should aim for $400-$500.

The difference is that Sony will probably spend most of the money on the actual system. Unlike with the Wii U.

^^ This. Especially in this economy.

Sony had to do price cuts out the yin-yang in order to get the PS3 to sell well. It would be a gigantic mistake for them to launch the "Orbis" (LOL if that's the name) at that price range.
