it happens a lot on here and sometimes it's just for a cheap joke but,other times it's posts by people who can't stand the fact that you don't think like they do.

Yeah i'm down when it's used as a joke against someone, but when it's used as a retort, i see it simply as the last line of failure before going for grammar

Greer and TrollingCradle are some of the worst at stuff like that and since Greer is leaving the boards after he gets his Wii U or so he claims then it might be somewhat better on here.

Details: Jeff Gerblestem (w/e his last name was) reviewed the game but gave it an incredibly low score, thrashing it as broken and aweful. Meanwhile Gamespot.com had adverts everywhere on its site for the game. Allegedly Gamespot.com was paid, or 'convinced' to review the game good and pretty much Jeff didn't play ball.

Was fired for it shortly after.

EDIT: It starts at 1:22 unless you wanna watch the whole thing... its short and is only reference to it material.

Am I the only one here who thinks Kevin VanOrd is an excellent reviewer? He is harsh but that is exactly what makes him good. He doesn't give 9.0s to every fairly well constructed game like a lot of critics do.

Maybe they forgot to tell the reviewer that the devs had already cut them a check.
