Next Gen has officially started......................... with inferior ports of last gen games. Games like Mass Effect 3, looking and playing worse on this new state of the art gaming device the locals call "wii-u" And let's not forget, Ninja Gaiden sigma 3! A game made even uglier than it's already ugly counter parts for your wii-u gaming pleasure.

Now since the xbox spanked the PS2, spec wise, does that mean it actually existed in it's own generation therefore the PS2 never actually "beat" it?

While I knew I wasn't going to get an immediate response from the 'wii is last gen' crowd......

Why... this? Why try and taunt ps3 owners with the release of a new console, and why get upset over the taunting? Just play games you like on consoles you like and stop harassing other people. Stop with the superiority complex everyone. We are all gamers. Let's just play games.

What you feel and what actually is are 2 different things.

Based on the definition of a console generation, The Wii U is next gen.

New technologies, graphics, etc. are not what defines a console generation.

so you believe that wii-u us still this gen?

if something releases during the reign of the current gen, doesnt that still make it this gen? I mean its like ps3/360 was 1, wii-u would be 1.5, so does that mean that when the next consoles come out that they are the next next gen, making the wii-u last gen?
