does this have online co-op just like the bfg one? i never played ultimate doom, but doom 2 is kinda hard on normal, im stuck on level 20somethin and would love to play with a partner online

It works surprisingly well. I've done quite a bit of Doom 1 and some of Doom 2 on Ultra-Violence and the controller poses no problems keeping up. Flows great and to be frank, it still looks pretty sweet. Crazy, I know. I'm wondering if this release has the same 4:3 image as the BFG edition though, very annoying with fat black bars on the side.

I doubt it will, considering these will be ports of the pc version. I would much rather play it with its original music anyway...
