And sure, maybe in that situation GT5 has better AI, but using a car stopped on a track is a bad way to test since that is a very unlikely situation to happen during an actual race. Doesn't make GT5 a better game, just means its AI might be better. There is no real way to test how good the AI is, when you think about it. People just want their game to look good, and the one they don't like to look bad.
My point is that the Ai is well aware of where you are and where it needs to be.

For the AI, at least. There is no arguing about the graphics when it comes to the standard cars.
Maybe so, but i'm not arguing the visuals at this point as a game like rFactor is stomped visually by GT5 and Forza 4, but it's gameplay and physics put them both in the corner
