EB Games sold me an empty jacket

Went today to EB Games and buy Doom 3 + a one-year guarantee.
Later I went to put the disc on my system and - surprise! - no disc.

What should I do ?
Will I get repay ?

U cant return it, they will accuse u of stealing the disc and trying to get over on them

I bought an empty jacket from Target.

But that was fine, cause it was a jacket.
