Shadow of the Colossus. Unresponsive grabbing. I understood how to beat the first boss the moment I saw it yet it took me a half hour because my character wasn't climbing even after I stunned the Colussus because I was a few pixels off trying to reach the waist platform in the few seconds they give you to reach it and once you reach the waist, he's shaking so much you don't have time to have the strength to hit his back as hard as the back of his leg.
Red Dead Redemption. Bad controls for the horse.
Fallout New Vegas. Doesn't have the same atmosphere that made me enjoy Fallout 3.
Mega Man 9. Artificially difficult because of enemy placement and the mini bosses outside of the one on Concrete Man's stage are really annoying.
Little Big Planet 2. I don't have the same level of patience I had playing Little Big Planet 1.

Now 10+ years ago I'd go through each of the games just fine. But given now with MGS2 with VR Missions, MGS3, Peace Walker and the original Metel Gear 1 and 2 it is nearly impossible (since I've never played enough of the old MG yet)
