ummmm, i dont think you know how dating works at all

He's on GameFAQs asking for dating advice... whatever gave you that impression?

Yeah it's very obvious that he is clueless in dating if he thinks about asking for advice on a game board.

Don't buy her a game. Get her a heart-shaped frame with a picture of you inside it. Also print out a picture of her and let her know you carry it around with you everywhere.

Good gameplay can easily salvage a bad story.
Good story can never save bad gameplay.

don't buy her a gift on the first date and even if you did, don't buy her a video game.

firstly, you run the risk of her already having it. secondly, you want to set yourself apart from all of the other gamer dudes who want to get with her. if you were to buy her a gift, a game would just say "hey, i'm just like all the other nerds who hit on you"

Now, I'm definitely not an expert on dating, but what I said makes sense doesn't it?

and if it's your first date I'd only do a movie if you do something else first. I'd recomend getting some coffee or something. that way it's a casual setting where you can talk for a bit, and then maybe go see a movie.

because if you just go straight to a movie, you don't really have an opportunity to get to know her. of course you could do a movie first and you may say "well then we have something to talk about afterward", but the 2 hours during the movie will probably be pretty awkward.

DEFINITELY don't buy her a gift.

And when you DO get her a gift, if it works out and you date for awhile

DEFINITELY not a game.

You could always have her play with FleshStick on Borderlands 2.

Take her to McDonnalds. Chicks dig Big Macs, large fries and coke.

However just buy her a dollar menu burger and tell her she needs to prove herself before she earns the privilege of a Big Mac meal.
