When games aren't just games...

What games in your lives aren't "just" games... they are a part of who you are. These games go beyond nostalgia, and are always replayable. They mean more to you than "just a game" would, or perhaps should. These are not always the BEST games you've ever played, or even close, but they occupy a place no other games can. Only a few have been like this for me (some of them aren't even in my top 20 personal favorites)

Super Mario Bros. 3
Castlevania II: Simon's Quest
Sly 2: Band of Thieves
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest
Far Cry 2
Chrono Cross
Lost In Blue
Alice: Madness Returns
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault
Zombies Ate My Neighbors
PSN- BlackRain8782
Now playing: Assassin's Creed III, Okami HD, Nier, Folklore, Dishonored, Dragon Age II, The Lone Ranger

These are games I could always replay. These games have some of my favorite music in any game/musician I know of... I get goosebumps when I come back to these games after a long time. I go into my own world just thinking about the memories I've had playing these games. I proudly defend and share the beauty of each game on this list and have a true passion for them.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Final Fantasy Tactics
Kingdom Hearts
Super Metroid
Metroid Prime
Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 4
Mass Effect
Demon Souls
Dark Souls
Halo: Combat Evolved
Banjo Kazooie
Super Mario 64
Diablo 2
RIP DP, gonna miss you bro! "Bwahhhhh" - Me
