I mean the GungHo titles. Will they work on PSP and/or Vita? They say it's PS3 Only, but i want to know more.

It works. You have to buy it on PS3 and transfer it to PC and then from there to PSP/Vita.

Looks like you can just go from PS3 to Vita without needing to use the PC. That's how it worked for me.
