for me personally, it got to be Tales of Graces F the story is nothing speical but I simply found TOGF to be one of the most fun games I've played. (though I probably got interested in the story at the start and finish)
The characters are very likeable(I also found that I relate to Asbel a lot in some regards), and it probably has my favorite skits in the series. The combat system is fantastic(probably the best in the 3d tales game) and the progression system via titles is also fantastic. I probably found that Tales of Graces F got one of the best gameplay in a rpg this gen. --- I'm a gamer dang it, not a pc gamer or a console gamer, just a gamer.
Mugen Souls Fantastic art direction, tons of customization, likable characters, a solid and unique storyline, and a kickass soundtrack to boot. I've played a ton of games this year, but it stands out from the rest. --- You lack the mustache for full comprehension. (Super Paper Mario)
I had thought I already had this one in mental stone, I told myself AC3 is the best game all year easily, in no way could any other game matter as much, then `BAM!` FarCry3 comes out and completely blows my mind. So, yep definitely giving it to FarCry 3.
Though I do wanna give Spec Ops the Line and Sleeping Dogs major props for just being in my opinion the 2 best sleeper hits of the year. --- Eluveitie greatest Band Ever, So "Get Da Folk UP!!!"
