Why is it that when you have a game downloading and you go to play a disk game sometimes the game keeps downloading and other times it goes download pending till you quit the game. Even when the games have no online play ive noticed some times they make downloads pause.

I've found that even if the game only uses online for online leader boards it will kill the download.
