You need to let go of hate and see the fact that there are different ways for gameplay to still be good and fun.

ranting about change is like those Third Strike whiners ranting about Super Street Fighter 4 playing nothing like SF3TS, when SSF4 isn't mean to play like SF3.

Ninja Gaiden 3 is its own flavor of Ninja Gaiden gameplay. Not all fans will like it, but some do like it. It's all a matter of taste.

Haters of course cannot understand because they are only capable of enjoying things one way. That prevents them from seeing the positive sides of different gameplay aspects that they are not accustomed to.

anyways

2:47+ there are a few extra Kasumi gameplay screenshots

Ninja Gaiden 3 still has great action, and with RE and Sigma 3 develop things further, it can be much better, more fun and more replayable than the vanilla NG3.

I liked Ninja Gaiden, but then Ninja Gaiden came out, and I hated Ninja Gaiden after that. Hooray confusion!

I liked that it was simple to play, but harder to master. You had a button to attack, I think up and attack was his special weapon, right? You had a jump button. He could only stick to walls in the first one, but then he could climb them in sequels. That was it - that was as complex as it got.

Then, you had the Xbox one come out, and now it wasn't "attack, special, and jump." It was "Here's some Street Fighter-esque moves and combos. People will LOVE these!" I hated it. I can see how some would like it, but I'm not a "complex move man," personally - give me moves like in Devil May Cry or God of War, where it's a lunge-attack, or a launch, or maybe a quick spin on the stick to hit guys around me. I don't want to have to know that QCF QCF X+Y leads into another move that's finished by HCB QCF X, X, wait, X+Y. Screw that.

I just don't play them now, and I am happier for it. I want the "good old days," I fire up an emulator or something.

Seeing how awful Sigma 2 was...I don't see why anyone would be hyped? Aw, Thats right, blind fanboys...

Exactly how was Sigma 2 awful? I'm not really a blind fanboy as it was my first NG game and I got platinum trophy in it.

um the 3D ninja gaidens don't control like street fighter, there are more button combo and direction based instead of command motion based for the most part. even Ninpo attacks are just a touch of a button.

Plus they do have launcher moves, there are a lot of moves but you don't need to use every single one to be effective, theres so many combos to add more style and ways to attack and stuff.

Ninja Gaiden games moves and combos are even easier to control and input and perform than MK , Tekken, DOA, and Soul Calibur games.

The point is, there are way more complex moves than "towards enemy + attack, away + attack, attack attack attack." Screw that. Not saying it's bad, just "not my thing."

but you don't have to use those more complex moves to win. XD

Well if you like more simple controls, then you might get hyped for Fist of the North Star Ken's Rage 2

Who cares...? It's not like they will play any different then idiotic non ninja looking ryu. I hate this franchise. It's absurd. Why they call it ninja gaiden is beyond me cos there is nothing Nina about this game. Ninja sneak and stealth kill.... they wear soft cloth to not be heard, not gauntlets, armor and what apparently seems to be a motorcycle helmet for a mask.

Series is lame.

Seeking plausibility in an over the top Action Game is beyond idiocy

Also, the extra characters in Ninja Gaiden Games play substantially differently from Ryu. Doesn't seem like you know much about the Series for you to mouth off the way you are doing. What's the matter? Couldn't get past the first level on the easiest mode?

Regardless of if you are terrible at the series, you most certainly don't know what you are talking about. I'm not surprised though. You rarely ever do on these boards. You should change your user name because you most certainly don't represent it well
