Mass Effect 3 trilogy question.

#1YZ1DRFLPosted 12/9/2012 7:42:22 PM
im trying to decide if i should ask for the trilogy for christmas, or just buy the games individually. im mainly wondering about the dlc thats included.

mass effect - it has one of the 2 original dlcs, is this on disc in the collection or is it a code for the psn? am i missing out much on the dlc that got left off?

mass effect 2 - is this basically the same disc as the ps3 release from a few years ago? it has all the me2 dlc on disc? or is the trilogy missing any dlc that was on the original ps3 release?

mass effect 3 - i know this has none of the dlc so its not really a question. but how much money am i going to be spending on me3 dlc as of right now if i bought it all?

Just buy the trilogy so you can have all of them on a disc. I believe the only way you can get ME1 is by getting on PS store.

All the DLC for ME1 and ME2 will be included according to this article on Nov 2, 2012.

ME3 DLC will NOT be included, but i think the ME3 DLC is free, and one of them you gotta pay for.

It's funny how we give thanks for all that we have on Thanksgiving Day and then the next day go out and act like a bunch of materialistic idiots.

Pinnacle station for ME1 is not included. The source code was corrupt on Bioware's servers and a ps3 version could not be made.

Mass Effect 1 comes with all the dlc relevant to the story, no extra charge there.

Mass Effect 2 comes with almost all of the relevant story dlc. The only one you'd be missing is Arrival. Last I saw that is 9.99

Mass Effect 3 comes with none of the dlc. So you'd be paying 9.99 for From Ashes, 9.99 for Leviathan, 14.99 for the Omega dlc and the extended cut is free

is arrival on the original ps3 version of me2? and is it available on psn? and damn, thats some expensive dlc for 3

Arrival came out for every platform after the PS3 version was released, so it's not on the disc. It is on PSN for 10 bucks.

DmC looks like a good game. I also enjoyed the latest Final Fantasy and Resident Evil games. I like video games.

If you want the complete Mass Effect experience you have to buy a 360. The complete vision of the creators. Buy the 360 version and you will also get exclusive features such as custom soundtrack and everyone has mics. Jump In.

You spelled PC wrong, the 360 versions are the inferior ones.

The PC version of ME1 was kinda janky, though.
