It wasn't really due to the game itself. I let a friend borrow Pikmin. A week later, he sold it because he was hungry and wanted pizza money. He'd done a lot of things before that, and I didn't even want to let him borrow my games, but everyone I knew guilted me into doing it. That was just about the last straw.
Nope. Me and my friends "abuse" each other while playing games all the time. Such actions can range from simply pushing the other person to get them to screw up, or slugging each other in the arm and laughing over a humiliating defeat. I think the worst we've ever done was get into a boxing match with Hulk hands over a loss in Burnout Revenge though. No one gets seriously hurt, but it's a great way to enjoy games while venting any frustration over losing without anyone actually getting hurt.
