LunarRoarPosted 12/11/2012 12:26:18 PM | Go for it. If you have the option though, play the DS version, it's the more definitive copy. --- http://backloggery.com/main.php?user=lunarroar Official Grand Master Assassin of New York (Assassin's Creed 3 board) |
PSI_IKEPosted 12/11/2012 12:28:13 PM | Yes, it is the best game ever but play either the DS or SNES versions. Wii has the SNES version on the online store --- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4vCEHpv6Hg&feature=relmfu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BOw6QPt1-g |
Anon_Gamer342Posted 12/11/2012 12:29:05 PM | WHAT ROCK HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING UNDER??? It's only the best RPG ever!!! |
zUkUuPosted 12/11/2012 2:30:57 PM | the game didn't aged THAT well tho - at least not if you have not played it at its time. you'll notice a lot of silliness in it you have to overlook. |
BluntGruntPosted 12/11/2012 2:32:30 PM | Play it, like, right now! You don't know what you're missing! --- ????? |
DrEaM_420Posted 12/11/2012 2:39:01 PM | Honestly man, that game was so terrible I stopped playing it about half way through, tried picking it back up multiple times and never want to finish....and this is coming from a massive RPG fan..
The battle system is pretty generic, story is boring, characters are boring without any personalities, music is pretty bleh, and Chrono doesn't come off as much as a main character.
Eventually I have to finish it, so I can play Chrono Cross which I never started, but I found Trigger to be boring. --- Dream on.. |
namethatno1usesPosted 12/11/2012 2:44:08 PM | Dragon Ball art style always stops me from playing it. I just look at it and go "I wouldn't enjoy it..."
Don't be like me, go play it. Everyone loves it. --- Every time a masterpiece like Nier comes along, we get 100 boring shooters. Life's unfair. - simonstrane |
zyrax2301Posted 12/11/2012 2:46:28 PM | Yes. I played it for the first time last year and it's in my top 5 favourite games ever. It truly is a timeless masterpiece, don't miss out. --- Why? Because **** you is why. |
Eric037Posted 12/11/2012 3:00:39 PM | I just played it again recently and it's still great. If you can play a version other than the PS1 version, go for it. But the PS1 version isn't unplayable by any means if that's your only option. The loading was kind of annoying at first, but I got used to it (and this is from someone who originally spent hours and hours on the SNES version). --- http://eric-3.deviantart.com/ http://backloggery.com/eric3 |
