Also perhaps give a short impression. If you didn't play it until after the next generation already started (same story for emulation), mention of it. I'm curious to see if you're just as impressed as those who played on the original system (should it be the same game).
Anyhow, here goes:
Playstation: Battle Arena Toshinden 2 <-- Really loved the game. Looked great for its time as well, IMO.
Playstation 2: Orphen: Scion of Sorcery <-- Kinda liked it. Short and rather simple, but it played fairly well. Didn't blow me away, but I suppose the graphics kept me hanging for a while. EDIT: Crap, I forgot. I played a Japanese PS2 in a game store before that. I played Tekken Tag Tournament on it. Orphen was the first PS2 game I played on a PS2 at my place (wasn't my PS2 though).
Playstation 3: Demon's Souls <-- Didn't decide to get a PS3 until I could get one for cheap. And that was the case for Demon's Souls in February of 2010. In fact, it was the only game that seemed to be rather interesting for the PS3. There still wasn't a PAL version, so I bought an import from a store. Still one of my favourite PS3 games.
PSP: Crisis Core - Final Fantasy 7 <-- Loved the game. Started it on the hard mode and finished it as well. Shame you couldn't skip cutscenes.
Read the mania: http://www.fanfiction.net/~nonexistinghero In SA2, it's Super Sonic and Hyper Shadow.
PS1: Final Fantasy VIII best game on PS1 PS2: Final Fantasy X my second fav after Battlefield 2 Modern Combat PS3: Final Fantasy XIII not so great PSP: Resistance PSP Vita: Uncharted GA boring same thing as console game just different story, place, time and characters.
PS1: First I remember is Crash Bandicoot 2. It started my downward spiral into the addictive world of CRYSTALS.
PS2: DBZ Budokai. I thought the cell shading looked really cool at the time and the fact that I got to play as Krillin beating the snot out of every other character was delightful to me stupid kid brain.
PSP: Wipeout Pure. First and only Wipeout game I ever played, and I sucked at it. But it was cool.
PS3: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Unbelievably disappointing and disillusioning. I still can't believe that's considered such a good game. It isn't, not to me.
