Xenoblade Chronicles NEEDED to be a PS3 game and NOT go to the Wii!!!

Playing it right now and it is THE BEST JRPG of the year, it's actually my GOTY and one of the best JRPGs I played in a long time.

This game NEEDED to have been made for PS3 in all HD beauty and glory to be played with a Dualshock 3.

Why in the world was this made for the wii again?
I mean seriously more people would have bought if it was released for the console that all JRPG fans own this gen which is the PS3 duh.

Or at least a multiplatform release would have been good too.

The answer is simple:

Nintendo paid to have it made.

Sony did not.

In fact, Nintendo owns the company that made it.

Know that if you allow someone to take advantage of you, they might make it a habit.

Every single system since the dawn of gaming has had exclusive. Don't like it? To bad. It's sad that people make fun of the Wii because of the garbage that ended up on it, and when it gets a genuine good title, people without the system complain. It's also sad when a handheld gets a game a console only gamer wants, and they make this same type topic. As if the whole world revolves around them, and the systems they own are the only ones games they want are allowed to be on.

Nintendo owns Monolith, why can't people grasp this?

It looks amazing on the Wii, fits on a DVD, massive open worlds and amazing draw distances.

It didn't need to be in HD

As has been said before, Nintendo owns Monolith Soft now, who developed Xenoblade Chronicles.
They're also working on a 3DS game as well as a Wii U RPG.

Hope Monolith can break free from the chains of Nintendo, so they can release their games on Playstation consoles and gain a larger audience.
Also hope mistwalker figures this out as well.
