FPS issues. The port wasn't exactly Plat's best work.
It wasn't their work at all.

Me and my friend played this around the sametime. I played ps3 he played 360. The only difference i remember is that when grinding a boss for halos(or what ever the currency was called) his 360 version got way more then my ps3 version. it was the same boss and everything but for some reason it gave more money on the 360 version. --- PSN: Spooky_Style

The textures and color palette are worst and the lighting is a lot dimmer. Furthermore, the frames per second is generally a lot less smooth even post-patch, usually averaging around 40ish to 50 frames instead of the near flawless 60 FPS the 360 has.
Still the best and most in-depth stylish action game on the PS3 though. --- PSN: OceanSupermarket

Bayonetta pre-patch holds the title of worst PS3 port ever. Patch fixes the abysmal loading times (there was loading even when entering and exiting start menu), but the framerate is lackluster.
The only other really awful PS3 port I know of is Doom3BFG. --- Every time a masterpiece like Nier comes along, we get 100 boring shooters. Life's unfair. - simonstrane

They are exactly the same but 360 runs it at a better fps. I dont know about the halos tho. --- "I dont have a daughter. But I cant let that stop me from sorting out her musical training." -why the lucky stiff
