Need help, something happen to my PS3

My PS3 is on now,but there is nothing on my screen, its a slim 320 gig and I used this console for near 2 years I believe

It start to went apesh*t when I play Dark Souls just now, texture missing and such,so I quit the game and the game just keep on loading,so I have to pull out the main plug because PS3 wont turned off,or reset,or goes back to XMB,I thought its YLOD but then my PS3 don't have the orange light or whatever, and I notice the "hard disk" icon beside the internet icon is on orange light (no blink at all)<its suppose to blink when its loading something, but its stays at orange light

So now I just "reset" my PS3,I plan to do a restore but then this message appeared in my screen
"Cannot start, the appropriate system storage was not found"

I guess the hard disk **** up?

Either the HDD is dying or has come loose (the latter is more likely, I think). Make sure it's well set. And yeah, do some backups just in case.
