....When it was a 360 exclusive? Mass Effect 2 was released about three months after Uncharted 2, which people still till this day say is like the best game this generation produced and hasnt lost any praise. Being a PS3 exclusive though, it was apparent that some people were quietly seething and wishing a game of it's caliber was on the 360 and when Mass Effect 2 released it was overblown to try and be the 360's Uncharted 2. I even remember some reviews saying randomly "The cover system is better than Uncharted 2's" which I was sorely disappointed to find simply wasnt in anyway when I played it, how could anyone even lie that to themselves? ME2 is a good game but it was just nowhere near the level it was being touted out of Uncharted 2-envy, and when Mass Effect 2 was confirmed for PS3 months later it was like people finally admitted it's flaws like the story was crap and everything was streamlined to the point of it being a lot more shallow than it's predecessor and the gameplay was still clunky.

Bioware are stupid not to have made ME3 a 360 exclusive, judging by how people were so forgiving of ME2 when it was only on 360 I can guarantee you that the media would have tried to defend and justify the infamous ending for the sake of the 360 having a game that could help it compete with the amount of quality PS3 exclusives in it's library.

Mass effect one was an exclusive until EA bought complete rights to the whole series.

Yep, I think that is true.

@TC/OP: I agree with everything you said, fanboys on both sides are really delusional.
I know there is a thing called an opinion, but if anyone really thinks games like Uncharted 2, Red Dead Redemption or The Witcher are bad, then I don't know what to say really. :/
