Its not really hard I just never figured out how to beat the final boss great game played through it 3 or 4 times but always got stuck at the very end. Parasite Eve 1

It has been oh so long since I played it, but I remember struggling with the underwater Weapon in FFVII.

And I'm just going to say that we aren't counting MMORPG bosses.

Thats not an RPG, but I do agree he is tough.

For me it was Clux or whatever his name was from Super Mario RPG.

That was Emerald, and yeah, he was a toughie.

I'm gonna have to say Ozma from FFIX.

This boss only had 56000 hp...and you had characters that could hit for 9k damage at that point..but he healed so fast..and could kill your party in 1 shot...even with insanely overpowered characters this would take 4 to 5 times to beat.
