^ It was the Dark Souls collectors edition that came with the digital guide, NOT Demon's Souls.

Demon's Souls never had a digital guide.

The deluxe version was retail US only. Came with a pint sized strategy guide and I think an art book.

The digital download I expect to be game only. Which is worth it @ 20$

I never used the guide so its nice to have for collectors but worthless if your not going to need/use it

^ I personally find the mini-gude that came with the Deluxe ed of Demon's Souls to be largely useless.
For starters, it is so small I have trouble reading anything...but my eyes aren't as good as they used to.
And secondly, the guide really covers certain builds, as the guy who wrote it used specific strategies with his created character.
So its not really an in-depth guide. It has some good info, but also is missing a lot of useful info.

Still, its nice to have as a collector...but limited if you want to use it as a guide.

The Dark Souls guide is better in terms of actually being useful, imho.

BTW
People that bought the Deluxe ed of Demon's Souls usually got a mini art-book, as well as a sound-track disc.
Although I've read that the music soundtrack disc was not included in a lot of copies.
