Out of the ones on that list, I'd say Chrono Trigger or Baldur's Gate 2.

Other than those, Fallout 2, FF6, Phantasy Star 4, Xenogears, Lunar 2... etc. and a few others are just as good.

The Witcher (and its sequel) and DA: O for best WRPGs in recent years.

Out of that list, probably Chrono Trigger. But Mass Effect is far better and gets my vote for best RPG of all time.
