Simple answer Ni NO Kuni Art Style is a gigantic turn off. I'm not gonna be playing a game with a Art Style I dislike.

Ni No Kuni's art style is bad?

You realize Studio Ghibli is the most successful film animation studio in the East, right? The Tales Studio has trouble selling JRPGs to a JRPG starved crowd.

I'm still not sure how people can be turned off a game by its art style O_o. To me that's like being turned off a book by its cover art ...
